I never received my order.

I never received my package. I sent an email to you and never received a response to the email. So I reached out to PayPal about how to go about this. I have ordered from you before and I have always loved my cutters and was really looking forward to the tattoo one for Mother’s Day use but I never received any of the cutters. 😔 I would either like a full cash refund or just to receive the cutters that I ordered please. I understand things happen in life and am not trying to cause any problems, I just would like my purchase or a refund.
